Let me tell you one thing: If you end up needing surgery while you’re pregnant… You are not going to like it.

…Yet this is a reality that many women have faced.  And true, most go through unscathed… But others have miscarried (it can’t be proven it was because of the surgery, but I’m sure it didn’t help?)

So what am I talking about?  Ovarian cysts.  Yes, they’re normal, yes, they happen a lot – and yes, most of the time you don’t even notice them OR have to do anything.

But sometimes they just keep growing because of incorrect dieting.  And the “fix” is so simple – change what you eat.  Most ovarian cysts can be eliminated through small changes in your diet.

If you haven’t heard about this before… Click here to read about all the dieting changes that have worked for other women.

Here’s a short breakdown of what you need to do:

Step 1. Find out what foods you are eating that are making the cysts grow.

These kinds of foods make your body hospitable for the ovarian cysts.  It’s usually foods that encourage a hormonal imbalance called “estrogen dominance.”  The goal here is to STOP eating these foods.

Step 2. Find out what foods KILL the ovarian cysts.

The foods I’m talking about are the ones that rebalance your body’s hormone levels to where they should be, and make your body inhospitable for unhealthy ovarian cysts.

Here’s a complete guide that shows you, step-by-step, what to do.

I don’t mean to scare you.  Most ovarian cysts come and go without you even noticing them, and some ovarian cysts can actually do good in your body… but by having a good and healthy diet that makes sure you are at peak health can only help you.  And if you ARE suffering from ovarian cysts… then you should know everything there is about them.

Hope this helps,

How Dangerous Are Ovarian Cysts During Pregnancy?

Lots of cysts will disappear on their own, that’s for sure.  However, as they grow in size they become more and more dangerous.

One main thing to keep in mind is: if it’s a big cyst, you might want to try doing something about it before you find out that you need surgery.  Most of the time you will NOT need surgery, but there is always that chance (particularly during pregnancy.)

The biggest dangers of having an ovarian cyst while being pregnant is the fact that if they grow to be quite large, it can twist which will cause you a lot of pain and possibly cause a miscarriage.

Again, these risks are usually only correlated to having a big cyst, but the risk is there with any cyst, as it can grow uncontrollably.

If the cyst is left unchecked, you may need emergency surgery eventually.  There are fantastic doctors who have done this before successfully, so it isn’t unheard of – but it’s always good to try and eliminate them beforehand.

For example, there are specific diets and plans that you can follow which can eliminate the cysts in 1-2 months.  These have been proven by independent people, and thousands of women have been able to completely wipe out their cysts without having any issues regarldess of the types of cysts involved.  Rupured cysts, even a dermoid cyst may be eliminated with the right lifestyle changes.

We’ve found that the best strategy is to keep on close communication with your doctor, first and foremost.  However, generally you will be asked to “wait and see” how the cyst grows.  During this time, your best bet is to use a natural plan or diet that will help to eliminate the cysts.

The benefit of this is that you aren’t doing nothing.  You can actively fight them off using very simple, natural techniques, such as eating a certain food or drinking a certain beverage.  By utilizing these simple strategies you can drastically increase your chances of wiping out all of your cysts.

The Risks of an Ovarian Cyst Allowed to Keep Growing

The biggest risk is cancer, but that isn’t common at all.  Your doctor will know if that’s a major cause for concern.

However, a ruptured ovarian cyst is probably one of the bigger cause for concerns.  That’s because an ovarian cyst rupture can lead to severe internal bleeding, as well as cause hemorrhages.

Infertility is another possible outcome due to a cyst, although this isn’t very common.  If you have ovarian cysts and are planning on starting a family, eliminating them should be your top option.  Again, it isn’t common – but why take that chance?

Severe pain is another risk.  This can be caused by a few different events directly related to the ovarian cysts.  If you are experiencing a lot of pain, there are different things that you can eat (and more importantly, STOP eating,) that can help to stop the pain.

In most of these situations I would recommend you get started on a natural plan.  It’s one of the only things that you can do to fight against the cysts, unless your doctor tells you that you are ready for surgery.

However, most of the time they will make you “wait and see.”  So do that, follow their advice – but while you’re waiting, arming yourself with a proven diet can only help your chances.

Thanks for reading, and I hope that your situation improves.  Check back soon as we’ll discuss some more things, as well as help you get to a natural plan that works.

Avoid This Mistake At All Costs

Here’s the thing: Normally ovarian cysts aren’t dangerous.  There’s even a specific kind called the corpus luteum cyst which helps you with pregnancy, by releasing the right hormones that are needed.

However… There is one thing that you definitely want to avoid.

I have heard so many horror stories from women who have gone to the doctor, found out they have an ovarian cyst while being pregnant, and asked their doctor what to do.  Normally their doctor says it’s nothing major (and it usually isn’t.)

..But sometimes these same women have had to go in for surgery.  Sure, it’s minor surgery – but any surgery while pregnant is dangerous in my book.

Now I’m not saying to question your doctor.  Far from it.  All I’m saying is to do your own research on the topic, and really become the expert with this thing.  It doesn’t take much work.  In fact, there are some very short guides that will tell you everything that you need to know to make informed decisions.

Click here for a very affordable ovarian cyst guide that will teach you everything you should know, step by step

I’ve personally read stories from hundreds of women who have regretted that they didn’t do more research on their own, please don’t make that mistake.

Below you’ll find some more information about ovarian cysts and pregnancy in general, but I really do hope that you learn more about this condition so that you empower yourself to deal with it in case things don’t go as well as you’d hope,

What You Need to Know About Ovarian Cysts And Pregnancy

If you just found out you have an ovarian cyst then I’m sorry to hear about that.  I know it’s a really scary time for you right now, but remember that most of the cysts are completely harmless and disappear on their own.

Ovarian Cysts During Pregnancy Are Common

It isn’t uncommon for ovarian cysts to form during pregnancy.  In fact, they sometimes serve a very important purpose of maintaining healthy hormone levels until the placenta can take over that job.  But are they dangerous?  No, not really – unless they grow and get abnormally large, twist the ovaries, or cut off the fetus’ blood supply.  While this is rare, it does happen occasionally.

Pain Relief For Ovarian Cysts

Avoiding any sort of extra medication during pregnancy is preferred.  Luckily there are some natural ways to stop the ovarian cyst pain, like eating certain fruits that have anti-inflammatory properties in them.  You can learn more about this in the ovarian cyst guide I’ve recommended above.

What To Do About The Ovarian Cyst

Your doctor will want to monitor the cyst and make sure that it doesn’t grow too large.  If it does continue to grow, then they might recommend that you get a laparoscopy (surgery) to remove it.  This might terrify you, but it’s a pretty normal procedure and rarely has any bad effects on your pregnancy.  Ask them about all your doubts, though!

Why An Ovarian Cyst is Dangerous

First of all, if they get very big and rupture it can cause you excruciating pain.  I guarantee that if you are feeling a ton of pain, you will CONSTANTLY wondering if you are having a miscarriage… it’s human nature to worry, and you don’t need that kind of stress.

Miscarriages because of ovarian cysts are rare, but if the cyst does grow huge it can twist and cut off blood supply to your baby.  They can also kill your ovaries for the same reason, so this is a pretty big risk.  Again, the odds are low, but you never know.

Options to Remove an Ovarian Cyst

If your ovarian cyst is already big enough for your doctor to recommend surgery… then that might be your only option.  However, if it’s still in the phase where you’re “waiting” to see what happens… then I recommend you try an ovarian cyst diet that will help you to restore the hormonal imbalance inside of your body (a main reason why cysts exist,) that can help you to wipe them out.

Of course nothing is guaranteed, but if you’re waiting for your next ultrasound date… then trying natural approaches during that time will help to increase the odds that they do dissolve on their own.

Always check with your doctor before making any crucial changes to your lifestyle… but this particular diet goes over what kinds of foods you should avoid (like refined carbs, caffeine, and some other foods that really mess with your body and feed the cysts…) and also give you some foods to start eating (foods that boost your immune system, balance your hormones, and cleanse your body)

I hope this helps,

Jack

3 Ways to Deal With A Dermoid Cyst

A dermoid cyst can cause major problems.  Sometimes they can grow to be huge (over 100 pounds in some cases!) and others can cause cancer.  However, if you find out about it early enough there are some simple ways to deal with it.  Let’s take a look at those below:

1. Watchful waiting: This is an approach that many doctors use.  It usually works because the cysts do dissolve on their own sometimes… But the only problem here is that while you are waiting it may actually grow even larger.

2. Surgery: Surgically removing the cyst is usually the last resort.  The problem with surgery is that sometimes you have to sign a waiver which basically authorizes the doctors to remove your ovaries if there is some sort of problem… And taking that huge risk just seems like an extremely terrible decision.  Trying to get rid of the dermoid cyst before that stage is probably your best bet.

3. Ovarian cyst dieting: There are some “proven” diets out there that can help your body to dissolve the cysts by getting your hormones and internal balancing back into shape.  Generally the cysts exist because there is a lot of acid inside of your body… And “alkalizing” your body can really work wonders.  There is a ton more information about this on Carol Foster’s page.  Click here to check it out.

There are some other treatments available.  Sometimes doctors will recommend birth control pills, but that’s usually only a “band-aid” on the problem.  It may stop pain, but it usually doesn’t help at all to fight off the cysts… (a study done by Carol, I believe, actually shows that they can grow during this period.)

In the end you should always listen to your doctor though.  A good approach might be to wait and see (as most doctors recommend,) but change up your diet like Carol recommends during this time too.  That way you are fighting this cyst in multiple ways and can hopefully get it to disappear.

Again, surgery should be a last resort.  Try everything else first!

I hope that this helps, and sorry it was so brief today.

You can learn a lot more about fighting ovarian cysts on Carol’s page.

Ovarian Cyst Diet Secrets

I just came across an exciting new solution for those trying to naturally remove their ovarian cysts.

A certified nutritionist named Carol Foster has just completed her in-depth study on natural ovarian cyst cures, and compiled all of her research into a full-disclosure report that you can download and read.

Click here to visit her page where you can download her dieting plan to cure your ovarian cysts.

According to Carol you can eliminate your ovarian cysts within 8 weeks, and her dieting plan has been used by thousands of women around the world to successfully remove their cysts.  Particularly if you are pregnant and have ovarian cysts, or you are trying to get pregnant – it’s extremely important that you eliminate them before they turn into a more serious problem.  As you may know, a lot do disappear on their own – but if they grow larger they can cause some serious risks for you and your child.

Here’s an example of a before-and-after ultrasound that shows the kind of results you can get with Carol’s plan:

Example Ovarian Cyst Results

Here’s some more information about what you will learn in Carol’s Ovarian Cyst Miracle plan:

  • Boost your fertility by balancing your hormones again (imbalanced hormones is a BIG reason for ovarian cyst formation)
  • Find out the 10 best foods that you should be eating all of the time
  • Find out what you should stop eating immediately (There are common foods that we all eat each day that you should eliminate)
  • How to stop ovarian cyst pain in as little as 12 hours
  • How to completely remove all kinds of ovarian cysts within 8 weeks
  • How to get clockwork periods and be at peak health

There is one more thing that I think I need to mention.  Carol actually provides one-on-one counseling for anybody who downloads her plan.

She says she is only taking on a few more people, and I’m not sure when she is ending the offer – but I would really take a serious look at it.  She had ovarian cysts too, and knows precisely what to do to remove them.  For 3 months you can email back and forth with her until you have the results taht you want.  It’s the best way I know how to get something done.  Learning from somebody who has been where you are is priceless.  Having a coach is extremely helpful, particularly in this kind of situation.

Definitely give Carol’s page a look.  Click here to visit it and see if it’s for you.  I really hope this helps!

Natural Ways to Cure Your Ovarian Cysts

If you’re struggling with ovarian cysts, I’m very sorry to hear about that.  I wish we could meet on better terms.

I do have good news, though.. I think I know somebody that can help you.

Laura Hennings has a great site all about curing ovarian cysts naturally, and she has already helped thousands of people to get relief from the pain, symptoms, and cysts.

Now I’m not sure if she can help you too, but you may want to check her out and see if it’s something that you want to try.  She really promotes eating healthily and changing your diet to eliminate the cysts naturally, which generally takes a few weeks (from what she says,) but it’s best to check her out and hear it from her, yourself.

If you are pregnant and found out that you have ovarian cysts then I am sure you are a bit confused, and maybe worried, that the cysts can turn into something worse.

But remember something… Most cysts don’t end up being troublesome.  Most of them dissolve on their own.. Without any help at all.

Most of the time they do – but sometimes they don’t.

If your cysts are still small, then it’s definitely easy for them to disappear on their own.  But if they are growing larger and larger, I would definitely become concerned.

The best recommendation that I can give you is to see a doctor and find out what they say.  If you already have seen a doctor, and they have already told you to ‘wait and see” what happens – then I would definitely recommend that you try a natural ovarian cyst diet.

One of the biggest realizations that we can have about understanding the ovarian cysts is thinking about it like this:

Ovarian cysts only show up because our bodies have an imbalance.  Whether we treat them with birth control pills, medication, or any other conventional treatment – we are generally fighting the symptoms.

Instead of that, we should fight the root cause.  And by eating the right foods (and, on the flip side – getting rid of the wrong foods,) we can practically command our bodies to dissolve the cysts, because the environment will change.  And the new environment won’t allow them to form, grow, or thrive.

I’m not an expert on the natural treatments at all – but I have heard a lot of great stories about them, so I think there is a lot of promise there.  Again, I’m sure it doesn’t work for every single person, but our options are pretty slim with this particular case.  The only treatments I have heard of from doctors is birth control pills, surgery, and/or “waiting and seeing.”

While it’s great to follow a doctor’s advice, there are things that we can do in the mean time that can possibly eliminate them on our own. (Without medication, surgery, or any of that.)  So to me, it’s worth a look – and I know a lot of people think the same exact way.  It just makes sense.

I hope that this has helped to give you a bit of inspiration.  It’s possible to eliminate alot of diseases and infections by using a natural plan.

Definitely check out Laura’s Ovarian Cyst Cures page, and please come back to leave a comment.

I’d love to hear from you, and we can all help each other if we learn more about each other about what has worked and not worked.

Thanks for reading, and hang in there – “this too shall pass”

Naturally Removing Ovarian Cysts During Pregnancy

Very few ovarian cyst cases get to surgery – but why wait and risk it?

There are natural things that you can do, starting today, to eliminate them.  This is natural – so you wouldn’t be taking any harmful drugs that could hurt you or your unborn child if you’re already pregnant.

Of course there have been a lot of claims on natural cures for a variety of illnesses – but the key is that a lot of them do work, and have worked, for people.  However, each person is different, so you just have to find the natural treatment that works best for you specifically.

Many people have adopted strict diets that have helped them to remove the cysts naturally, or atleast made them shrink way down to the point where they are not dangerous anymore.

A lot has to do with adding the right foods – but you also have to know what to avoid.  This is key in figuring out how to remove them, because you could be eating or drinking something that could be sending you down a terrible path of ovarian cyst agony.

We don’t have our own natural plan unfortunately, but we do a lot of research and try to find the best way for you to become healthy again.  There are a few plans out there which are really useful and have a great track record, so we’ll try and put you in touch with those.

In fact, one of the better ones actually comes wth a 2 month (I think?) free consultation with an expert on ovarian cysts.  That’s a really fantastic deal, because you can ask them whatever you want and practically have a coach, guiding you to eliminate them naturally.

What If You Need Surgery? How Are Ovarian Cysts And Pregnancy Dealt With?

Some unfortunate people find out that they have a huge cyst too late, and end up needing surgery.  But don’t be too worried – the procedure is one that has been mastered, and there shouldn’t be any complications.  But again, this is not an excuse to wait until it’s too late.  The stress alone of having an upcoming surgery isn’t good for you, and you should avoid surgery at all costs.

We definitely recommend that you pick up some sort of natural regimen, or at least find out what you could be avoiding right now, that will help you to eliminate the cysts.

Avoiding Some Bad Food & Drinks That Make The Cysts Get Worse

We’ve touched lightly on the idea that you need to avoid a lot of things.

Here’s an example that you can use right now:

  • Caffein intake should be shut down.  It creates a hormonal imbalance, which is a leading cause of ovarian cysts.

Here’s an example of what you can increase:

  • Fruits are amazing at cleaning the body, and they promote hormone balance.

There are a lot of foods just like these outlined in different guides, and we’ll get into helping you find them in the next update.

Thanks for reading, and best wishes,

Trying to Get Pregnant?

How unfair is it that some couples find it extremely easy to get pregnant…

…While others have to deal with issues like ovarian cysts that make it a real struggle?

Now… I’m not saying that you can’t get pregnant if you have ovarian cysts, but there’s a known correlation between them.  It’s a terrible and scary thought to think that you can’t get pregnant easily.  In fact, it’s one of the most frustrating events that can happen to a couple.

Luckily there are things that you can do to really boost your fertility and get pregnant successfully.

For example, I recently came across a clinically proven guide for getting pregnant easily, even if you have ovarian cysts or have been labeled “infertile.”  Visit Pregnancy Miracle here if you want an extra “boost” in getting pregnant.

And you may be wondering… Is it safe to get pregnant when I have ovarian cysts?

Yes – generally it’s perfectly safe.  The overwhelming majority of the time your cysts will not interfere with your child’s health.  Of course you should still always check with a doctor, but it’s rare for anything to happen.  If you are really concerned though, you can have your ovarian cysts removed either through dieting or through surgery (I always recommend dieting first because of its hailed success rate.)

To be honest, the biggest hurdle is actually getting pregnant.  Ovarian cysts are extremely common and don’t cause many issues.  Particularly because diets exist, they really shouldn’t be stressed over.

The tough part is actually conceiving your baby.  Ovarian cysts do lead to infertility sometimes, and it’s been theorized that having ovarian cysts will automatically “prevent” you from getting pregnant easily, because of the hormonal imbalance.

To explain a bit more… The thought process behind that theory is your body is telling you something is wrong.  Ovarian cysts form because of a hormonal imbalance, and your body will not feel “fit” to conceive when you do have them.

That’s why it’s so difficult to get pregnant.  The hormones aren’t right, and a number of other little things can be playing against you.  That’s the exact reason why getting a little boost can do wonders.

If you want to try and eliminate your ovarian cysts before getting pregnant, that’s always an option too.  Check with your doctor and see what they say.

An ovarian cyst diet like this one can help you remove them pretty quickly too, so don’t overlook that option as well.

Hope this helps to brainstorm and give you some direction, feel free to comment.  I’d love to hear from ya,

Jack
